Application Services
Actix Application services are intended to help
customers realize the benefits of our products by

Introduction Services – Pay-As-You-Go and Formal
Training Service with Actix product experts working with engineers
on-site to transfer product know-how, to review KPI’s, and
create basic reports and analysis.
Competency Transfer/On-site Support service – Actix product and
optimization experts will work for a longer period on-site to
drive best practices and product expertise throughout the
carrier’s engineering organization.
Project Services – Actix product and optimization experts will
work in the field to deliver against carrier objectives
associated with application of Actix products (e.g. frequency
planning, optimization, cluster acceptance, etc.). During the
project, they will evaluate existing carrier processes and make

web browsing and music download to streaming video. It
enables them to quickly evaluate the behavior of packet data
services and provides tools to troubleshoot the causes of
poor data service performance. By correlating packet data
sessions across network interfaces, from the client to the

lost packets and high latency can be identified, isolated
